Tracee Ellis Ross has been having a lot of fun with an outdoor shower lately, sharing not one but two Instagram posts of herself in it—all while working a gorgeous green bikini.

In one series of pics, the 48-year-old can be seen cracking up while the shower runs behind her. Her Pattern Beauty products are perched on a shelf in the background, and it’s not clear if she’s shooting an ad for her company or just really loves to use them.

In another, the Girlfriends alum can be seen lathering up in her shower while shaking her hips and goofing off. Her abs are super tight and her legs and arms look incredibly toned.

People were all over it in the comments. “Forever our queen 😭😭😭,” one wrote. “Over 40 looks damn good!!” another said.

While Tracee clearly has good genes (hello, Diana Ross is her mom!), she works hard to look that amazing. She’s a massive fan of the Tracy Anderson Method—a dance-based fitness plan that she regularly raves about.

“I have to say that Tracy Anderson’s workout the last five years has been really good for me,” Tracee told Health in 2017. “I find that, as adults, we stay so regimented in our movement, even if we get on a treadmill. The music changes all the patterns, and my body gets to move freely, so you feel amazing—which is ultimately the point of the workouts, too.”

Tracee even did Tracy Anderson Method workouts from home at the peak of the pandemic, regularly dropping videos of herself doing intense-looking moving like weighted leg lifts and planks with a chair for support.

Tracee shared earlier this month that she’s back to doing Tracy Anderson workouts at the gym, and her excitement was obvious:
