Jim in Westchester is experimenting with a new trend called electrical muscle stimulation training, or EMS for short. If you know me, you know I’m a fitness enthusiast. So when I heard about EMS training, I knew I needed to give it a try. And, fortunately for Greater Cincinnatian, West Chester’s phytopia owner, Barratkakar, gets an EMS fix that said it’s the only place you can do in Ohio. So what is EMS training? The first is the fitness trend that continues the country. The second is a type of fitness that wears a special suit that stimulates the muscles during a workout (approved by the FDA in 2019). It is a technology that indirectly adds an impulse to the client’s muscles, stresses the client’s muscles, and enables exercise. It’s just a simple move, “Kakar explains.
