A strong, toned and well-defined chest can be a great asset to have as a man. It’s not just good for aesthetic reasons. Targeting your chest area with resistance exercises like the ones in this video will also give you better posture and will help you to improve your performance in tennis, golf and swimming. Along with arms (more specifically, biceps), the chest is probably the body part I get asked about the most. Some of my clients just want to tone their chest and get stronger; some want to actively beef up.
